Questions LMTs Ask Before They Apply
Massage therapist roles pay $46.00 to $58.00 per hands-on service hour — a base commission rate of $28.00 to $36.00, plus an average, but not guaranteed, tip range of $18.00 to $22.00. The wage scale published in each individual job posting is the operative disclosure for that role.
Yes. You tell us the hours you want and we schedule to them rather than around them. Evenings and weekends are our highest-demand slots and we specifically want therapists who can cover them. Part-time is genuinely part-time — plenty of our team supplement here alongside another clinic or a private practice.
Yes. We run New Grads Welcome openings at all four clinics. Deep tissue skill is developed on the table, not arrived with, and our managers are practitioners who know the difference.

No. Clients are booked before your shift begins. You are not building a book from zero and you are not responsible for filling your own schedule.
